RESERVATIONS

Cakes and parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are only held with a deposit.  To secure your date, 50% of total amount is due at time of reservation.  Total amount due must be paid in full no later than 1 week before date of event.  Method of payment is via bank transfer (e.g., Chase QuickPay), cash or personal check, as agreed.  At this time, credit/debit card payments are not accepted. 

 

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances within 2 weeks of your event, you may reschedule your cake order or dessert table styling, based on availability at Sugar•Bash.  If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks to the agreed completion date, you will forfeit your deposit.   However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your payment in full.
